Post COVID-19 Booking Policy

To our gorgeous guests,

 

We would like to thank you for your patience during these challenging times and we hope you and your families are safe and healthy!

 

While we are not working IN the salon, we are working harder than ever ON preparing the salon for re-opening once permitted. We will be introducing a range of precautionary measures to safeguard our guests and staff while we continue to deliver our services. Naturally, this will mean your visit to the salon will be slightly different as we adapt to the “new normal”.

 

We anticipate that the need to facilitate social distancing within our salons will result in changes to our appointment capacity and availability, and so we will be adjusting and extending our opening hours to accommodate all of our guests as soon as possible to ensure a safe environment.

 

As the government have not issued specific guidelines, the following policies are subject to change.

Appointment Waiting List

Priority Appointment

  • To secure yourself a place on our priority waiting list a €40 advance booking fee is payable and deductible against your salon visit when checking out.
  • If your booking value is below €40, the difference will also be refunded.
  • Securing your name on our priority waiting list does not guarantee you a booking on your chosen date & time as we do not yet know our staff rosters as we await government guidelines surrounding social distancing. 
  • Clients with existing scheduled appointments between Wednesday 18th March up to the day of reopening will be prioritised on our appointment waiting list, once the booking fee has been submitted.
  • This deposit will not be refunded if you fail to arrive for your booking or if you are not on time resulting in us having to cancel your appointment to allow the next guest visit run on time.

Non Priority Waiting List

  • Please fill in our online form to be added to the non-priority waiting list. Please note, all future bookings will require a €40 deposit at the time of booking.

What will be our “New Normal”?

While keeping our salon workspace immaculately clean, there will also be some changes to how you normally visit the salon in the immediate future.

 

  • We will be extending our opening HOURS and DAYS (including Sundays 10-4) to accommodate everyone.
  • Operating a shift system with 50% of the capacity of team members.
  • We will be able to offer you refreshments when you are checking out but not during your salon visit.
  • No magazines or papers will be provided and we ask you do not bring any with you to avoid cross-contamination. Please make sure your mobile phones are fully charged.
  • Equipment will not be shared with any other stylist and sterilised after each guest.
  • As always our towels and gowns are washed after every guest we may use disposable also to help with the demand.
  • Along with providing all of our staff and guests with the necessary PPE, we will also be fitting out our salons with protective screens and adding sanitising stations to ensure our salons will be a safe haven for everyone. There will be a small charge to cover the cost of our PPE requirements.
  • Walk-in services will be unavailable. Salon entry will be via appointment only.
  • Retail products are available for purchase on our new online shop, Click and Collect requests are by prior arrangement.

What we ask of our guests.

  • Patch tests required 48 hours prior to your colour service.
  • Payments will be taken only via card payments (no cash transactions)
  • One client per stylist (no friends or children with your appointment)
  • Hygiene stations provided for guest hand sanitation on entering the salon.
  • We ask that clients, avoid bringing their own PPE, excess baggage or clothing items that may require storage during their appointment.
  • Face mask to be worn at all times within your service.
  • We will be able to offer you refreshments when you are checking out but not during your salon visit.
  • Given the nature of our business, we will be working under very strict time constraints and we ask all of our guests to arrive on time to ensure we can run our business as safely as possible.
  • Please note you may be required to wait outside in your car until we call you to enter the salon as we will need to ensure that our previous guest has left and we have sanitised your station.
  • There will be a booking deposit of €40 for all service bookings (up to that value & above). Deposits are non-refundable for no show or late arrivals resulting in a missed appointment. Reschedules must be confirmed up to 48-hours before an appointment.
