Is collection more convenient for you?

Click & Collect allows you to shop online at your convenience, then collect your order from a select salon for no additional charge, at a time that suits you!

 

COVID-19 Information

For the welfare of our customers we have limited Click & Collect service in our salons, we will contact you directly should you choose this option.

 

 

Where do you deliver to?

Unfortunately we can only supply customers with an address in the Republic of Ireland at this time.

 

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Please note that delivery of items will take 3-8 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Please note that these delivery times are only guidelines and are not 100% guaranteed due to certain factors which are outside of our control.

 

How much will my shipping costs be?

Orders with standard parcels are delivered via An Post. The cost of standard post depends on the size and weight of the item you are posting and its destination. You will see the shipping cost displayed when you click ‘Add to Basket’.

Can I return an item I purchased online in store?

We will willingly refund or offer an exchange on any unopened and unused product returned within 14 days of the date on the receipt of your order, provided you can show us your dispatch note and/or receipt and the product is in a reasonable, re-saleable condition, with its original materials, manuals and accessories intact.

 

Products sealed for health and hygiene purposes. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

 

Product damaged in transit

If you have taken delivery of damaged, incorrect or missing products, (or someone else accepts it on your behalf) notify ygh within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.

How will I be refunded?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit excluding postage costs will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exceptions and Exclusions

  • Sale items – Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Do I have to pay to return my online order?

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the address advised by ygh or visit us in store. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item of value you should consider using a trackable delivery service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
